Please note it is the tenant’s responsibility to change the air conditioner filters monthly. Please check filters before calling for heating or air conditioning request. Failure to do so will incur a $99 HVAC service call.
It is also the tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify property manager of any leaks including roof leaks and any water or drain leaks.
It is also the tenant’s responsibility to keep the house free of bug and rat infestation.
